If you find a room you are interested in you can enquire with the owner by becoming a paid member for a small fee (Currently ¥1000) which will enable you to initiate enquiries about any room on the site for 7 days and allow you to continue to reply to messages for a further 14 days (21 days total) after which time your account return to a FREE Membership unless or until you decide to renew your paid membership.

All memeber's information is protected from public view and is only made available to paying members who have expressed a genuine interest in contacting another member about a room in a sharehouse or apartment. In addition to any details you supply to us, we record identifing information such as your IP address for a period of 90 days to assist us in investigating any complaints made against a member of our site.
